Nestled in a peaceful, green setting in the Var at 300 m altitude, this 2015 villa sits on a 5,000 m² plot. During the day, you can enjoy the pleasant Provençal climate, while summer nights remain cool. Nearby, you will find the villages of Tourrettes, Fayence, Callian, Montauroux, and Seillans, known for their vineyards and honey. The Saint-Cassien lake (10 min) offers beaches and restaurants. The Terre Blanche golf course is just 10 minutes away. Grasse, Cannes, Nice, and Saint-Tropez are within 30-45 minutes. Saint-Tropez can also be reached by boat from Saint-Raphaël or Sainte-Maxime. The villa (8 guests) features a heatable 10x5 m pool, terrace, pool house with summer kitchen, pétanque, and table tennis. There are 3 double bedrooms and an independent studio with its own entrance (2 guests). The master bedroom on the ground floor has a walk-in closet and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and double sink. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The studio includes a kitchenette and private bathroom. The open kitchen has a cooking island, 5-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, and overlooks the garden and pool. The utility room offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and large American fridge. The living room features 3 m sliding doors to the terrace. There are 4 air coolers and 1 portable air conditioner, and fiber optic wifi. Practical: Non-smoking. Charging electric vehicles is not allowed. Rental possible in low season, flexible arrival. Final cleaning is available for an extra fee. Prefer daytime electricity use thanks to solar panels, part of usage included.
